Peace can be found far and wide,
From poppies on the war field 
To the gentle rush of the tide.

Peace can be big or small,
Like smiling at someone
Or stopping a war to play football.

Peace can be expressed by a small sacrifice,
Such as giving up some time to help others
Or simply helping someone to make Spanish rice.

Peace is in every country,
Though some have very little of it.
Peace is bringing the sun out, even when it is not sunny.

Peace is kindness,
Peace is freedom,
Peace is beautiful.

Peace is freedom from disturbance;
tranquillity.
