I have not been previously supplied with a copy of the material by any librarian or archivist. If I am supplied with a copy I will only use it for non-commercial research or private study and will not supply a copy to any other person. If the work has been published, to the best of my knowledge, nobody with whom I work or study has requested or is about to request a copy of substantially the same material for substantially the same purpose. If the work is unpublished, to the best of my knowledge, the work was not published before it was deposited in Senate House Library and the copyright owner has not prohibited copying of the work. I understand that if this declaration is false in a material particular, the copy supplied to me by Senate House Library shall be an infringing copy and I will be liable for copyright infringement as if I had made the copy myself.
