How are eResources accessed?
All access must begin from the Senate House Library catalogue, or A-Z list. This will ensure that access to the eResource is recognised as being from Senate House Library users. Users will be prompted for their credentials where necessary.
University of London International Programmes students, faculty and staff should use the dedicated Online Library, which is tailored to specific courses and modes of study.
All users can access eResources when on-site at Senate House Library using the terminals in the 4th floor Service Hall, or when connected to the wifi network UoL Libraries. When connected to other wifi networks (e.g. Eduroam, UOL Conference) users will be treated as 'off-site'.
Off-site access is generally permitted to students, faculty and staff of the University of London that are registered as members of Senate House Library. All users will be offered a log-in screen when attempting to access Senate House Library eResources. Only authorised users will be directed to the eResource after login. Check the A-Z list or the Library catalogue for access information.
