In this workshop, Discovering Radical London with Interdisciplinary Resources, on Friday 28th April, 10am – 1pm, in the Seng Tee Lee Seminar Room, you are invited to join us for a free introduction to some of the valuable research resources at Senate House Library

This free event is aimed at postgraduate students who are interested in the study and research of radical London in all its varied literary and historical forms.You will be introduced to the wealth of London-related collections held within Senate House Library with a focus on political and radical topics and there will be an opportunity for attendees to discuss with each other their own research interests in London.

During the session there will be talks from Dr John Price of Goldsmiths, University of London, and Professor Jerry White of Birkbeck, University of London, as well as introductions from members of the School of Advanced Study and our subject librarians.

10-11: Roundtable discussion

11-12: Dr Maria Castillo on SHL collections, Dr Mark Merry of the Centre for Metropolitan History/IHR on the Layers of London project and Dr Maria del Pilar Kaladeen of the Institute of Commonwealth Studies on Indian-Caribbean literature and London.
